We are also there for you after the purchase of our FasenMaster® and nkn engineering measuring instruments.

Since 2004 we carry out all repairs on Kappler&Söhne and FasenMaster® measuring instruments ourselves. In order to always be able to guarantee the constant, high service quality, we do not commission any external companies or personnel with the repairs. We only use specially trained personnel.

Upon request, you will receive a cost estimate for the repair work.

After visual inspection, this is done free of charge for you. This does not cause you any surprises with the repair costs and serves your planning security.

By our external, accredited measuring laboratory we offer naturally also the calibration (e.g. factory calibration, DAkkS, DKD, etc.) of the installed dial gauges at our measuring instruments.
